Purchase Terms & Refund Policy

Current service availability: generation requires a signed-in account, sufficient credits and available processing capacity. Image and video workers share cloud GPU quota and may take several minutes to start. Jobs can be delayed or fail when cloud capacity is unavailable. Buying credits does not reserve processing capacity or guarantee immediate generation.
Credit purchases
Credit packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The package shows the number of credits and the Telegram Stars amount before payment. Credits do not expire. Credits are for use within this service and are not a cash balance.
Telegram determines the cost of acquiring Stars, which may vary by region and platform. Review the final Stars amount in Telegram before confirming payment.
Website crypto checkout is processed by NOWPayments. USD is the package pricing reference; checkout quotes the cryptocurrency amount for the available coin and network you select. Review the final amount, payment deadline and any applicable fees before sending funds. Use the exact asset, network and address shown at checkout.
Payment and credit delivery
Credits are added to the purchasing website account after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Crypto payments must reach NOWPayments' finished status and pass server-side verification; sending funds or seeing blockchain confirmations alone does not guarantee that credits are ready. Opening checkout or returning to the website is not proof of payment. The website checks confirmation automatically; avoid paying again while an earlier payment is still being processed.
For an underpayment, expired invoice, incorrect asset or network, or delayed confirmation, contact payment support with your order reference and transaction identifier. Do not send another payment without checking the invoice instructions or contacting support.
Keep your order reference and provider payment receipt. A credit purchase does not waive the service's age, consent, lawful-use or other access requirements.
Refund policy
Refund requests for unused credits are reviewed through payment support. Approval is not automatic. Spent credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Contact support for duplicate charges, a successful payment without credited balance, or other billing errors. Include your order reference and the information needed to identify the purchase. Never send passwords, login codes or payment-card details.
Refunds are handled manually through support; the website does not currently provide an automatic refund button. Any approved refund must be reconciled with the provider payment and corresponding credit balance. Cryptocurrency transfers are not automatically reversible; contact support for review rather than assuming a blockchain transfer can be canceled.
